Designer hand-off

One-tap access presets (Designer, Content planner) across collaborator/team/org invites, task hand-off chains linked to posts, a weekly team digest email, and AI-proposed permission changes confirmed via a chat card.

What it is

Artists often hand work to people who should only see part of the workspace a designer who makes cover art and gig announcements needs the artwork, the project files, and the show dates, but not your financials or analytics. Aden ships named access presets and a task hand-off flow so this works end to end: invite a designer with one tap, assign them design tasks, let them hand the finished work off to whoever prepares the post, and get a weekly recap email of what got done and what's coming up.

Using it

  • Invite a designer to a track or album: in the collaborator invite dialog, open the access picker on their row and choose the Designer preset. They'll only see assets (covers, banners, media, moodboards), project files, tasks, comments and basic track info.
  • Add a designer to your team: in the team members list, open a member's access editor and tap Designer (or Content planner for whoever preps posts). You can also time-box their access with an expiry.
  • Work with a design studio through an organisation: link the org with the Design Studio entity type. Its members get design assets plus your event and tour dates, nothing else.
  • Hand off a task: assigning is the hand-off. Add the next person via the assignee picker on any task (or create the follow-up task assigned to them) and they're notified automatically.
  • Weekly recap: every Monday each team member gets a digest of tasks completed last week, tasks due this week (with their personal count), upcoming shows, and scheduled posts.
  • Change access by chatting: ask the team AI things like "give Sarah designer access for 3 months". It shows a confirmation card with a before/after summary. Nothing changes until a team admin confirms the card.
