Plan with milestones

Break a project into steps like "vocals done" or "artwork approved", and move them across a board or a timeline.

A milestone is one step of a project, like "vocal recording done" or "artwork approved". It belongs to a track, an album, a team or an organisation, and holds its own tasks, people, dates, budget and comments.

Create a milestone

  1. Open a track, an album or your team's milestones board.
  2. Choose Add milestone.
  3. Give it a name, a status, dates, a priority and the people working on it.

You follow milestones you create and get updates when they change.

Work the board

  • Drag milestones between columns to change their status, or up and down to reorder.
  • Switch to the timeline to see them on a calendar.
  • Turn on Show track & album milestones in Display to see every track and album milestone on the team board, each with its cover.

Organisation milestones

Organisations plan their own milestones on the same board. Keep one private to one of your teams by picking that team when you create it, or leave it on the whole organisation.
