Make your own bot
Create a bot with its own job and voice, let it run on a schedule, and control who can change it.
Make a bot for a job your team does often. Every bot can read your tracks, artists, contacts and shows.
Create a bot
- Press + next to Bots in the chat list.
- Give it a name, a colour and what it does.
- Choose what it can do (its skills) and how it writes: tone, length, emoji and language.
- Add up to four starter questions.
- Under Passes questions to, pick who answers when the bot can't.
Or ask the Bot maker to design one with you in a conversation. Import on the Bots page copies a bot from its share link, crediting who made it.
Let it run on its own
Under Runs on its own, pick when the bot works without you: every day, every week, every month, a custom time like "weekdays at 9:00", or right after another bot finishes. Analyst can report every Monday and Marketing can turn that report into posts straight after.
You can also ask in any chat: "check my inbox every weekday at 9" or "check the release numbers on Friday". Each run lands in your chat with the bot and notifies you.
If three runs in a row go unread for over a week, the bot pauses itself. Resume it from its menu under Bots.
Share a bot with your roster
An organisation can share a bot with Every team on the roster. Every artist team it works with gets the bot, including teams that join later. Only the organisation can change it.
Who can change a bot
Members make bots. A bot's maker and your admins can edit, pause or delete it. Everyone else can use it and customise their own copy. A paused bot doesn't answer or run until someone resumes it.
Keep AI spending in check
Organisation owners and admins can see what chats, bots and agents used on Billing, and set an AI limit. Bring your own AI keys to pay your provider directly and lower your Aden bill.
