Create an album
Start an album, add tracks you have or create new ones from audio files, and set the running order.
Start an album
- Go to your team's Albums page and press New album.
- Give it a title, an artist name and, if you know it, a release date.
- Pick the team it belongs to. If you're on one team, it's picked for you.
- Add tracks now or later, and save.
Add tracks
On the album, open Add tracks in the toolbar:
- Add existing picks tracks from your library.
- Create track opens the full new track form with this album already selected.
Turn audio files into tracks
Both the new album form and Add existing take audio files. Drop a folder of WAVs and each file becomes its own track, in the order you dropped them. Titles come from the file names and can be changed before you save. BPM, key, length and the waveform are read from each file.
Set the running order
In the Record view, hover a row and drag its grip (always visible on touch). The new order shows everywhere at once: label copy, exports, the public album page and the phone app.
Import your discography from Spotify
If your team has a Spotify link in its social links, you can import your existing albums from Spotify. Pick the albums and Aden brings in their details and artwork.
