PromoteCampaigns
Send a campaign from your Gmail or Outlook
Send a campaign from your own mailbox so it lands in your Sent folder and replies come straight back.
- Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox to your team, organisation or account under Inboxes.
- In the campaign composer, open From. Below the Aden addresses you see your connected inboxes.
- Pick one. The campaign leaves from that mailbox, appears in its Sent folder, and replies come back to it. No domain setup needed.
Good to know
- Recipients are hidden from each other. Each message goes to up to 50 people as blind copies. An email with personal fields, or AI personalized versions, goes one message per person.
- Providers cap daily sending. Gmail allows about 500 a day on a personal account and 2,000 on Google Workspace; Outlook.com allows 300. Aden keeps 10% back for your own mail and spreads the rest over as many days as it takes. The From row shows how many days a send will take.
- Opens and clicks aren't tracked from your own inbox. Use an Aden address when you need them, or for very large lists.
