Send campaigns from your own domain

Send email from your own address, like hello@yourband.com, and show your logo in Apple Mail.

Your fans trust mail from your own address. Set up your domain once and Aden sends your campaigns from it.

Set up your sending domain

  1. Open Settings → Email for your team.
  2. Enter your domain.
  3. Add the records Aden shows where you manage your domain.
  4. Verify. Records can take a few hours to show up.
  5. Send a test email to check delivery.

Show your logo in Apple Mail

Apple Mail on iPhone, iPad and Mac can show your logo next to your emails. Apple approves each brand itself; Aden checks you meet its requirements first.

  1. Once your sending domain is verified, find the Apple Branded Mail card in Settings → Email. It previews your logo in an Apple inbox.
  2. Make sure signing is green. It comes from the domain setup above.
  3. If your domain's DMARC record is missing or too relaxed, the card shows the exact record to add. Add it, then press Check again.
  4. When both are green, register your brand in Apple Business Connect: add your brand, upload a square logo of at least 1024 by 1024 pixels, and add the same domain. Apple's review takes up to 7 business days.

Once Apple approves you, the logo appears on its own.

If you send from an address on a domain that isn't verified, the mail goes out from Aden's shared address with yours as the reply address, and Apple shows Aden's logo.
