What to ask your assistant

Things to try once Aden is connected, from planning a release to making a QR code for your poster.

Once Aden is connected, talk to your assistant the way you would to a manager who knows your catalogue.

Ideas to try

  • "What's due this week across my teams?"
  • "Move Afterglow to mastering and set the release date to 12 June."
  • "Draft three posts for the single and schedule them."
  • "What should I follow up on?" Managers get their organisation's leads and pipeline too.
  • "Find me sync opportunities in Berlin this autumn." The opportunity scout runs, and your assistant can add the good ones as leads. Nothing is sent from Aden.
  • "Build me a dashboard of my releases." ChatGPT and Claude can build a small app on your data that runs right in the chat.

Make a QR code

Ask "make a QR code for my release link" or "a QR code for the poster". The code shows in the chat with two links:

  • PNG at 1024 pixels, to share or drop into a design.
  • SVG, sharp at any size, for flyers, merch and stage screens.

Any web link works: a share link, an invite, your public profile.

Let it remember things

When an AI app needs to keep something Aden has no field for, like a mood or an id from another system, it can save it on a track, album, event, contact or team. Ask "save the mood 'late night' on Donuts" and ask for it back any time. Each app only sees what it saved itself.

Read these docs with AI

Every page here has a Copy page button under its title. Its menu opens the page in ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, so you can ask follow-up questions in your own words. With Aden connected, your assistant can also search these docs on its own.
