AppsAden in AI assistants
Let an agent use your apps
An AI agent looks at your DAW or another app and clicks through it for you, only with your permission.
Stuck in your DAW, or can't find a setting? Your AI agent can look at the app and do it for you. It reads buttons, menus and fields, clicks and types, presses shortcuts, and in apps that draw their own controls, like FL Studio's mixer, it looks at the window and clicks a spot.
Who can do it
- Your own agent, like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, connected to the desktop app. Ask "open the mixer in FL Studio" or "where is the export setting".
- Aden in a session call. Press Ask Aden and say what you are after. Aden looks in your DAW and does it with you, one step at a time.
You stay in charge
- Allow each app. The first time an agent wants an app, the notch asks, with Allow and Deny. Without a notch, a dialog asks.
- Always visible. While it works, the notch shows who is doing what, like "Clicking in FL Studio".
- Stop any time. Press Stop in the notch, ⌘⇧Esc (Ctrl+Alt+Esc on Windows), or type "stop" in ⌘K. Everything ends at once, and every app asks again next time.
- Off limits. Agents never use Aden itself, terminals, system settings or password managers. They never quit apps, close windows, delete files or switch apps.
- Ends by itself. After 10 minutes with nothing to do, the agent stops and has to ask again.
On a Mac, Aden needs Accessibility permission. It opens the right settings page the first time an agent asks.
