Move to Aden with your AI agent

Hand your AI agent a ready brief, and it moves your catalogue, sessions, contacts and money from your old tool into Aden.

Moving off a tool you built yourself, or a studio, catalogue or touring tool you outgrew, usually takes weeks. An AI agent you already pay for, like Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Grok, can do that work. Aden gives it the brief: what to move, in which order, and the rules it must not break.

Start the move

  1. Open the migrate page on aden.space, or the page for your role, and copy the prompt.
  2. Paste it into your agent, and give it access to your current tool.
  3. The agent connects to Aden and works block by block.
  4. Approve each block before it starts the next.

The order

Blocks run in an order that makes sense: people, then catalogue, audio, sessions, events and tours, contacts and deals, splits, money, and open work. A track needs its team first, and an invoice needs the session it bills for.

What does not fit

Aden won't have a place for every field your old tool holds. The agent collects those in a leftovers spreadsheet instead of guessing or stuffing them into a notes field. Check it when the move is done, and send it to us: it tells us what to build next.
