Connect your accounts and apps

Link Instagram, Gmail, ad accounts, Notion, Slack and more to your team, and keep them connected.

Connections belong to a team, so everyone on it can use them. Team admins and whoever connected an account can manage it.

Connect an app

  1. Open your team's Apps & integrations.
  2. Find the app. Type its name in the search, or in ⌘K from anywhere.
  3. Press connect. You are sent to the app to approve, then back.

Bluesky has no approval page: its form asks for your handle and an app password.

What you can connect:

  • Socials: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit and Bluesky, to publish posts.
  • Mail and drives: Gmail, Outlook and cloud drives.
  • Chat with Aden: link iMessage, WhatsApp or Telegram and text Aden questions about your team.
  • Ads: Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, Google Ads and Spotify Ads. Aden only reads results; it never changes a campaign.
  • Work tools: Notion, Granola, v0, GitHub, Slack and Asana. Aden's chat can then use them, like searching your Notion pages or adding Asana tasks.

You can also connect from where you need it. A platform on your team's links, or a Gmail or Outlook address in your email settings, shows its own connect button.

From the desktop app

On a page open in Links, the toolbar shows Connect to Aden when Aden works with that site. You are already signed in there, so it usually takes one click to allow.

From your phone

Open Team → Apps, tap a platform and approve in the sheet that opens. Tap a connected account to disconnect it.

Keep it connected

Connections renew themselves. Instagram, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn cap how long a connection lasts. A week before one stops, the people who can fix it get a notification and an email with a link to reconnect.

A connection that stopped shows Reconnect on its row. The row's "…" menu also holds Details and Disconnect.
