Work togetherTrack requests

Publish a track request

Write a brief, choose what submitters must send, and share one link that collects everything in your demo inbox.

Create a request

  1. Open Track requests for your team or organisation and choose New request.
  2. Give it a title and write the brief.
  3. Choose what to add:
    • A checklist of what submitters must do. Mark items as required.
    • A track to turn it into a remix contest.
    • A playlist to make it a way to pitch to that playlist.
    • A sync opportunity, so each submission is pitched to that deal on your sync board.
    • Social follow links submitters must open before the form unlocks.
    • Files to share, like stems. Confirm you hold the rights to share them.
  4. Set how many times one person can submit.
  5. Under Advanced settings, choose which details submitters must fill in, like composer or publishing.
  6. Create it and share its link.

What submitters do

They open the link, follow your socials if you asked, download any files, and submit. They can upload an audio file up to 200 MB or paste a link from SoundCloud, Dropbox or Drive. Uploaded files are also saved to their own Aden library as a private track.

Checklist items tied to the form tick themselves as they fill it in. Required items keep the submit button off, and the button says what's missing.

Review submissions

You get a notification, and each submission lands in your demo inbox with how many checklist items were done. A demo that came in another way can still be pitched to an opportunity with Add to opportunity.

One link with the requirements attached works well for a class or a programme: everything comes back to one inbox.
