Check your team's storage and limits

See how much storage, email and text messaging your team has used, and what to do when you run out.

Your team's plan sets how much you can store and send. You can always see where you stand.

See your usage

Open your team's plan settings and go to the usage page. The gauge shows your storage, and a banner lists your storage, emails per day and texts per day with how much you've used.

When you get close

  • Every member gets a heads up when your team passes 90% of its storage, and again at 100%. The same happens as you near your monthly track limit.
  • If an organisation manages your team, its owners and admins get the heads up too, by email.
  • Upgrade your plan from the banner, or contact us at support@aden.space to raise a limit.

Over your limit after a downgrade

Your files stay safe, but new uploads stop until you are back under your plan's limit. The usage page shows how much you need to free and lists your files, largest first. Tick the ones to delete and confirm, or upgrade to keep everything.
