Email from a booking or prospect

Send real email from your Gmail on the record it's about, and read the whole conversation there.

Booking happens over email. Send from the record in Aden and the whole conversation shows up there, so your team sees it too. Mail still goes from your own address and lands in your Gmail Sent folder.

Send and reply

  1. Connect Gmail under your organisation's Inboxes settings, and allow sending as well as reading.
  2. Open an event prospect and use Draft outreach to write the pitch, then send it with Gmail.
  3. The Emails section on the prospect shows the conversation, newest first. Press Reply to answer.

Bring in a conversation from Gmail

  • On the record, use Find earlier emails with this contact to attach a thread that started in Gmail.
  • With the Aden browser extension, an open Gmail conversation gets an Open in Aden button that takes you to the record and offers to attach the thread.

Every thread has Open in Gmail for attachments, formatting and forwarding.
