Choose which notifications you get

Set your defaults

1. Go to Account → Notifications.
2. Turn channels on or off: Email, In-app, Push, and WhatsApp where offered.
3. Turn individual events on or off: comment mentions, replies, new versions, track shares, team invitations, session reminders and more.
4. Click Save preferences.

Change it for one team

Each team can follow your account defaults or have its own settings. On the same page, pick the team and switch it from Using account defaults to Custom settings, then choose what you want from that team.

Busy team you only check now and then? Turn its email off and keep the bell on.

Get notifications on your computer

Under Account → Notifications, turn on Notifications on this device. Do it once in each browser you use.

On your phone, install the Aden app and allow notifications when it asks.
