Run a fan feed at your show
Let the crowd upload their photos and videos of your show, then keep the best and clear the rest.
A fan feed collects what the crowd shoots at your show. Fans scan a code, upload without an account, and swipe through everything, most watched first.
Open the feed
- Open the show in your workspace and go to its Fan feed tab. The feed opens by itself. You can also search "create event feed" in ⌘K.
- Put the QR code and link on the venue screens. QR code downloads a print size image. The show must be public for fans to reach it.
- Under the QR code, open Settings to choose what fans can send, how many each, until when it stays live, a title, a message and a live stream link.
It works on shows you host and shows you're booked on.
During the show
- Post adds your own shots, like one from the booth, marked as yours and shown first.
- The tab refreshes by itself.
- Fans can report an upload. After a few reports it leaves the feed until you check it, and your team gets a notification.
After the show
- Sort by Most viewed or top rated.
- Star what's worth keeping and download it.
- Press Keep starred, delete the rest to free your storage.
With a setlist and set time on the show, uploads sit under the song that was playing when they were filmed.
Fans → Fan program → Drops lists every show with a feed, with uploads waiting for review and reported ones to restore or delete.
On the phone app, open Events, long press a show and choose Fan feed to do all of this from your phone.
