Connected mailboxes
Connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox to a team, an organisation, your own account or Aden staff, choose which address it sends from, and see on every row which of those a mailbox belongs to.
What it is
A connected mailbox lets Aden read and send real email as you. Connect one under a team's email settings, an organisation's settings, your own account, or (for Aden staff) the admin settings.
Who a mailbox belongs to
The same address can be connected in more than one place at once, and each connection is separate: its own conversations, its own readers.
- Team mailbox: everyone who can open the team's records reads it.
- Organisation mailbox: everyone in the organisation reads it.
- Your mailbox: only you. Attach a thread to a record and it stays private until you share it.
- Aden staff mailbox: the admin CRM's own.
Every row in the inbox list says which of those it is, so two lists of the same address stay apart.
Send as
A Gmail mailbox can send from any address the Google account has verified under "Send mail as". Pick it from the address button on the row. The list is read from Gmail each time you open it, so an alias added there appears without reconnecting, and an unverified one cannot be picked: Gmail would silently rewrite the message to the account's own address and the send would look like it worked.
Catalog transfers
Move a catalog (tracks, albums and everything attached to them) from one team to another in one step, with the record in both teams' activity logs.
Content radar
From a posts page, point an agent at one artist team and it reads the last ninety days of posts, the release plans and tracks about to drop, social growth per platform and caption scores, then files what to work on next. Adding an action writes a task on the release plan or the team, and a draft post when copy came with it.
