Mobile team files

What it is

Files is the phone's view of everything your team stores: uploaded documents and contracts, plus the assets that live on tracks, versions, covers, banners, media, collaboration contracts and invoices. The same folders you see on the web, on the phone.

Using it

• Open Home → Team → Files.
• Folders shows the tree. Tap a folder to go in, use the breadcrumb to come back out. Track assets sit under Tracks/<track>/….
• Tap the list icon to flatten everything into one list, sorted by name, with each file's folder shown under its name.
• Search matches file names and folder names, across the whole team.
• Tap a file to preview it in the app: images and audio play inline, PDFs and docs render in a viewer, and anything else opens in another app. Tap the arrow to save it offline; saved files open from the phone even with no connection.
• Tap + to add a file: pick from your photo library, take a photo with the camera (a scanned contract, a receipt), or choose a file. Track assets are uploaded on the track they belong to, not here.
• The same Files browser is also reachable from Profile → Files.
• Long-press an uploaded document to delete it.
