Artist-led organisation onboarding
A team, or an admin on its behalf, invites the label, publisher, manager or studio it works with. The organisation gets a role-specific email and either approves from its members page or claims the organisation through the invite, which activates the link.
What it is
From your team's Organisations page you can invite the label, publisher, manager, booking agency, studio or any other organisation you work with. You pick the role they play for your team and what they may see. They approve the access you propose. Nothing is shared before they do.
If the organisation is already on Aden, its managers get a notification and an email and approve from their organisation page. If it is not on Aden yet, the email address you enter receives a link that sets the organisation up. Whoever claims it becomes its first manager, and the connection with your team is active the moment they finish.
The email is written for the role. A publisher reads about registrations and splits, a studio about sessions and bookings, a label about demos and releases.
Using it
- Open your team, then Organisations.
- Click Invite organisation.
- Search for the organisation. If it is not listed, keep typing and add it as a new one.
- Pick the role and the access it opens. Adjust the areas if you want to share less than the preset.
- Add their email (required for a new organisation) and an optional note.
- Send. The organisation shows under "Needs your attention" until they approve.
Artist identity
Optional per-act branding (persona, sound, visuals, tagline) that flavors release-plan drafts and chat, without blocking a release.
Catalog transfers
Move a catalog (tracks, albums and everything attached to them) from one team to another in one step, with the record in both teams' activity logs.
