Submission contacts, emails and documents

A label pitch carries the people you are talking to, the Gmail threads about it, and its contracts. Documents come from disk, a cloud or a Gmail attachment. The tracks board filters on where a track was pitched and how it stands.

Who you are talking to

Every pitch has a Contacts row. Add the people at the label from your team's contact book, as many as the conversation needs. Their email addresses are what the email finder searches for.

Emails about the pitch

Press Find emails on a pitch and Aden searches the team's connected Gmail for threads with those contacts, with the organisation's own addresses, and with anyone at its website domain. Link the ones that belong. Linked threads open in Gmail with one click. No inbox connected yet: the finder tells you where to connect one.

Documents from anywhere

Contracts and one-sheets upload from disk, from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box, or straight out of a Gmail attachment. The Gmail picker opens pre-searched on the label's name, so the contract they mailed you is the first thing you see.

Find pitched tracks

The tracks board filter has two new sections. Pitched narrows to tracks pitched anywhere, or by where they stand (waiting, shortlisted, accepted, declined). Pitched to lists the organisations you have pitched to and filters by one or more of them. Combine with the Status filter to see, say, released tracks a label accepted.
