Sample clearance follow-up
Track who you are waiting on to clear each sample in a track, keep the contact and next chase date on the sample, research the owner with an AI chat, draft the request email and hand the rights holder a listen-only share link.
Clearing a sample
Open the track, go to Collaborators, then Samples. Samples still waiting on a yes are listed at the top with who you are chasing and when to chase again.
If the desktop app syncs the project for this track, Choose from project or library attaches the exact file you used without uploading it again. It also searches your team's sample libraries.
On each sample:
- Research asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity who owns the sample and who to contact to clear it.
- Add contact saves the person, their label or publisher, their email and the date you want to follow up.
- Create listen link makes a private, listen-only link to your song and copies it.
- Draft email opens your mail app with the request written and the listen link included.
- Mark contacted records the date and plans the next chase a week out.
Overdue follow-ups turn red in the list. Once the master and publishing status are set to Cleared, the sample leaves the list.
Royalty claim reminders
Recurring reminders on a track's label submissions to request royalty statements and payouts on the cadence the label contract allows, with a previewable semi-automated claim email that the user sends themselves.

Detail sheets can switch between side drawer, full page, pop up, and a minimized restore chip.
