Snippet video export
A 10-second vertical MP4 of a track in one of five templates, rendered on the user's device from the track actions menu.
What it is
Turn any track into a short vertical video you can post to Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp stories. Five looks: Disc (a spinning disc with the status and priority in its hub, the cover printed on the face when there is one), Card (the cover glowing on black), Poster (full-bleed cover), Type (the title stacked and drifting, no image) and Sheet (a printed ticket with the waveform as a barcode). The clip is 10 seconds; you slide the window over the track's waveform to pick which 10. Pro plan and up.
Using it
- Open the track actions menu (the three dots on a track row or the track header) and pick "Export snippet video". On the phone, long-press the track or open the "..." menu on the track page.
- Pick a look, drag the window on the waveform to the 10 seconds you want (it starts at the version's highlight point when one is set), press play on the preview to hear it, then "Export video". The video renders on your device, usually in a few seconds.
- Pick the artwork (any of the track's covers, or none for the gradient), change the title or artist line, and hide the title, artist or waveform if the look works better without them.
- On the web the MP4 downloads when it finishes. On the phone the share sheet opens so you can post it or save it to your camera roll.
The final version is cut by default; a picker switches to any other version with audio. A track with no audio yet gets an "Upload a version" button instead of the export.
Smart file matching
Match a local folder's contracts, artwork, royalty statements and project files to your tracks by file name, and attach them in one go.
Submission contacts, emails and documents
A label pitch carries the people you are talking to, the Gmail threads about it, and its contracts. Documents come from disk, a cloud or a Gmail attachment. The tracks board filters on where a track was pitched and how it stands.
