Declare your shows

Download the declaration file for your society's portal and keep track of which shows are done.

Once a show has been played and has a setlist, it's waiting for you to declare.

Declare from a show

  1. Open the show's Setlist and press Declare. It opens every played show you haven't declared yet.
  2. Press Download for the file your society's portal takes.
  3. Upload it to your society.
  4. Press Mark declared.

Changed your mind? Mark not declared undoes it.

You can also open the same list from the Declare task in your dashboard's event follow-ups, or by typing Declare setlists in ⌘K.

Declare several shows from your events

  1. Open your Events list.
  2. Filter on Setlist and pick To declare.
  3. Select the shows.
  4. Use Download declaration or Mark declared in the bar at the bottom.

Give a show its setlist from a pasted tracklist, a DJ history file, or one of your playlists.

Send shows to your society

Share your shows with whoever files them, and see when they're filed and confirmed.
