BusinessContracts and signatures
Sign a contract
Read the document, sign by drawing or typing, and find everything you've signed later.
Someone sent you a contract to sign. You don't need an Aden account.
Sign on a computer
- Open the link from your email or notification. The page greets you by name, so you know it's meant for you.
- Press Read the document before signing to see exactly what you're agreeing to.
- Draw your signature (press Start signing), or type your name in a signature font.
- Submit.
Once everyone has signed, the completed PDF is the original document followed by a signature certificate: each signer's signature, time and details.
Sign on your phone
With the Aden app installed, the link (or the Sign on phone code on a computer) opens in the app.
- Read the document and confirm your name.
- Press Add your signature, draw it and press Save signature. It's kept on your profile for next time.
- Press Sign with my signature.
Draw a new signature replaces the saved one.
Prove a contract is real
The certificate prints a public verification link. Anyone who opens it sees the document's title, who issued it, and who signed it and when, straight from Aden. It never shows the contents, signatures or anyone's email.
Find what you signed
- Account → Signed documents lists everything you signed.
- Your team's Contracts page shows what's Waiting for your signature, with Review & sign on each.
