Skills
Reusable markdown playbooks agents pull at need — pinned to always load or triggered by phrases — managed at admin, organisation and team scope, with a split markdown editor, templates, sharing, and one-click import from GitHub (skills.sh / SKILL.md folders).
What it is
Skills are reusable pieces of knowledge — brand voice, checklists, playbooks, policies — written in markdown that your agents pull in when they're relevant. Pin a skill so it always loads, or give it trigger phrases so it only loads when the conversation calls for it.
Skills live at three levels: your team's own skills, organisation-wide skills, and Aden-shared skills. A skill made available to teams or organisations can be copied into your own space and edited independently.
Using it
- Create a skill — click Create skill, give it a name and a short "when to use" description, then write the body in markdown. The editor has Edit, Split and Preview views so you can see the rendered result as you type.
- Pin or trigger — turn on Pinned to always load it, or add comma-separated Triggers (phrases like "write a caption") so it loads only when relevant.
- Apply a template — seed your playbook from a ready-made template.
- Import from GitHub — click Import from GitHub and paste a link to a repo,
folder, or a single
SKILL.mdfile. Aden finds every skill, shows you what it found, and lets you pick which ones to import. Works with skills.sh and any repository that follows theSKILL.mdfolder layout.
Siri & Shortcuts
Ask Aden's AI assistant hands-free with Siri ("Hey Siri, ask Aden a question") and hear the answer spoken back.
Sync portal
An organisation-level pipeline for managing sync licensing opportunities (film, TV, ads, trailers, games) across the org's artist teams — kanban stages from lead to placement, with pitched tracks and an activity log per opportunity. Also works with artists, tracks and counterparty companies that aren't on Aden yet, as a conversion funnel to onboard them.
