Live performance rights & setlist mixes
Turn a live show into a rights-bearing event — link a mix as the setlist, generate a SABAM/PRO performance declaration from its tracks' writers, and surface the gigs you're crew on directly on your own calendar.
What it is
A live show triggers performance royalties. When you perform songs in public, the collecting society in your territory (SABAM in Belgium, PRS, ASCAP, SACEM, GEMA, …) collects a licence fee from the venue and pays it to the songwriters and publishers of the works performed. You claim that money by declaring your setlist to your society.
This feature closes that loop:
- Setlist = a mix you link. Link any of your mixes (playlists) to the event as its setlist, and choose whether to publish it (the mix's own public toggle). Reuse the same mix across shows.
- Performance declaration / cue sheet. Because every track in the linked mix already carries its writers, their splits, IPI and PRO, Aden generates a per-work performance declaration you can file with your society — the document indie artists usually never send, leaving money uncollected.
- Your gigs on your calendar. If you're added to a show as crew, that gig appears on your own personal calendar automatically — even for teams you aren't a member of.
Using it
Link a setlist mix to a show
- Open an event and go to the Setlist section.
- Pick one of your mixes to use as the setlist (searchable picker).
- Toggle Publish setlist on to show it on your public profile; leave it off to keep it private to your team.
Generate a performance declaration (SABAM / PRO)
- With a setlist mix linked, open Performance declaration on the event.
- Aden lists each work, its writers, their shares, IPI and PRO — pulled from the tracks' collaborator data.
- Export the CSV cue sheet and file it with your society.
Jobs & opportunities
A public jobs board for the whole Aden ecosystem — teams, organisations and the platform post openings (gigs and roles), people apply, and Aden lists its own in-house careers from markdown.
Partnerships
Introw-style partner relationship management shared by organisations and platform admins (team-ready) — track partner companies with lifecycle status and tier, their contacts, and a deal pipeline. Platform partnerships also power the public /partners marketing directory (absorbed from the old partners table).
