Jobs & opportunities
A public jobs board for the whole Aden ecosystem — teams, organisations and the platform post openings (gigs and roles), people apply, and Aden lists its own in-house careers from markdown.
What it is
The Jobs board is where opportunities across the whole Aden ecosystem live in one
place. A band can look for a singer, a label can hire a ghost producer, an
organisation can fill a manager role, and Aden lists its own in-house openings —
all on the public /jobs page that anyone can browse.
There are two kinds of listing:
- Ecosystem openings posted from inside Aden by a team, an organisation, or the Aden platform. These are stored in the product and managed by whoever posted them.
- Aden's own careers, written as simple markdown files, shown in the “Join Aden” section.
Using it
Finding opportunities. Open /jobs, search by keyword, and filter by role
(vocalist, producer, songwriter, engineer, manager…) or type (full-time, gig,
collaboration…). Click any card to read the full description.
Applying. On an opening's page, sign in and fill in the short apply form — your name and email are pre-filled. Your application goes straight to whoever posted it, and you'll see “You've already applied” afterwards. Some openings instead point to an external link or email; in that case you'll see an “Apply on their site / by email” button.
Posting an opening (teams & organisations). Open the Jobs page in your
team workspace (/app/teams/[teamId]/jobs) or your organisation
(/org/[orgId]/jobs), click New opening, describe the opportunity, and set
the status to Open to publish it to the board. You can edit, close, feature,
or delete it anytime, and review applicants inline with a status picker.
Spreading the word. Every open opening has a Share menu (on its public page and in your Jobs manager) that opens a pre-filled post for LinkedIn, X, Facebook or WhatsApp, or copies the link. From the manager you can also hit Create post to drop a ready-to-edit draft into your Posts board, pre-filled with the role and a link back — finish it and schedule/publish it like any other post.
On your public profile. When a team or organisation has open roles, an Open roles entry appears on its public profile — for a team, next to “Send your music” / booking at the bottom (opens a list of its openings, each shareable like a track); for an organisation, as an “Open roles” section. The platform jobs board is also linked from the site footer.
Feedback capture (screenshots & annotations)
The global "Send feedback" dialog lets anyone drag a region or click an element to attach a real screenshot, review and highlight it (OK / Redo / Cancel) before keeping it; uploads go to a pending/ prefix with a 24h R2 lifecycle and are claimed to a permanent key on submit, so un-submitted shots auto-expire — no cron.
Live performance rights & setlist mixes
Turn a live show into a rights-bearing event — link a mix as the setlist, generate a SABAM/PRO performance declaration from its tracks' writers, and surface the gigs you're crew on directly on your own calendar.
