Custom links
User-defined short links on a team or organisation public profile that redirect to any URL, the same way built-in social shortlinks do.
What it is
Custom links are short, memorable web addresses on your public Aden profile that
forward visitors to any URL you choose. They work exactly like the built-in
social shortlinks (e.g. aden.space/@yourname/spotify), but with a slug you
pick yourself — so aden.space/@yourname/tour can point at a ticketing page,
aden.space/@yourname/press at a press kit, and so on.
Teams get links under their profile (aden.space/@<team-slug>/<slug>).
Organisations get them under theirs (aden.space/o/<org-slug>/<slug>).
Using it
Teams. Open Links in your team workspace
(/app/teams/<id>/links). Scroll to Custom links, type a slug and the
destination URL, then click Add link. The link is live immediately — share
aden.space/@<your-slug>/<slug> and it redirects to your target.
Organisations. Open Settings → Links on your organisation
(/org/<id>/settings?tab=links) and add links the same way. They resolve at
aden.space/o/<org-slug>/<slug>.
Edit or remove. Change the slug or destination inline — edits save when you click away. Toggle the switch to disable a link without deleting it (a hidden link returns a not-found page). Use the trash icon to remove it, or the copy icon to grab the full shareable URL.
Rules. Slugs use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, and must be
unique within your profile. Some slugs are reserved because they collide with
built-in pages or social shortlinks (e.g. spotify, tours, events) — those
are rejected when you try to save them.
Skills & availability profiles
Self-rated creative skills (0-10, org-endorsable) and busy/travel windows per user — with linked external calendars and session commitments feeding busy windows, and user-controlled sharing (public / orgs / teams) — so teams and publishers can match the right people to sessions and plan around where everyone actually is.
Feedback capture (screenshots & annotations)
The global "Send feedback" dialog lets anyone drag a region or click an element to attach a real screenshot, review and highlight it (OK / Redo / Cancel) before keeping it; uploads go to a pending/ prefix with a 24h R2 lifecycle and are claimed to a permanent key on submit, so un-submitted shots auto-expire — no cron.
