Mobile offline downloads
Save tracks, whole albums, documents, and team assets to your phone so they keep working without an internet connection.
What it is
Offline downloads keep your music and files on your phone so they work without an internet connection. On a plane, in a studio basement, or anywhere coverage drops. You can save individual tracks and their versions, whole albums, documents and contracts, and your team's media assets.
Everything you save shows up under Profile โ Offline Downloads, where you can also see how much storage is used and remove things you no longer need.
Using it
- Tracks & versions: swipe a track row or use the download action on the track screen. A small badge on the cover shows what's already saved.
- Albums: open an album and tap Download next to Play and Shuffle. Every track on the album is saved for offline playback. Tap Downloaded to remove the album's offline audio again.
- Documents & contracts: in team files or a track's Docs tab, tap the arrow icon on a document to save it offline. A green check means it's on your phone; tap the document to open the saved copy even without internet.
- Team assets: long-press an item in the team media library and choose Save offline. A badge appears on saved items and they keep displaying offline.
- Auto-download: in Profile โ Offline Downloads, turn on Auto-Download to keep your whole team library saved automatically. Extra toggles let you include documents and team assets, restrict downloads to WiFi, and filter which track statuses are saved.
