Mobile content plan
Plan posts and events together on your phone, then hand a post off to Instagram (or any network) with the caption copied and the media already attached.
What it is
The content plan is where your posts and your shows live side by side on your phone. Every planned post and every event lines up by day, so you can see what goes out this week without opening a laptop.
It also gets a post out the door. Aden can't publish to Instagram on your behalf no app can, without a reviewed business integration, so instead it does the tedious part: it copies your caption to the clipboard, downloads the post's image or video, and opens Instagram's composer with the asset already attached. You pick the format, paste the caption, tap Share.
Using it
See the plan. Open Content plan from the home screen. The Plan tab shows everything upcoming grouped by day. Posts and events together. Tap Show past to look back at what already went out.
Plan a post. Tap + → Plan a post. Give it a title (that's internal), then write the caption exactly as it should go out. Pick the channels it's for, pick a format (Reel, Story, Carousel…), and set the day and time it should go live.
Scheduling here reserves the slot in your plan. It does not post automatically. Automatic publishing to connected accounts is set up on the web.
Post it. Tap a post in the plan, then tap the big Post to Instagram button (it names whichever channel you picked first). Aden:
- copies your caption to the clipboard,
- downloads the post's image or video,
- opens the iOS/Android share sheet so you can send the asset straight to Instagram.
In Instagram, pick Feed or Story, then long-press the caption field and paste. Use Post to… to send it somewhere else instead, or Copy caption only if you just want the text.
For X, Bluesky, Threads and Reddit the composer opens with the caption already typed in, no pasting needed.
Mark it posted. Once it's live, tap Mark as posted. The post shows as Posted everywhere in Aden, including on the web.
Add an event. Tap + → Add an event to put a show, release party or listening session on the same plan.
Filter. Search by title or caption, or tap a channel chip to see only that channel's posts. Events are hidden while a channel filter is on. They have no channels.
