Status renaming & colors
Rename track/album statuses and recolor them per team, Linear-style. The label/color change everywhere they show.
What it is
Every track and album moves through the same five statuses. Idea, Progress, Ready, Released, Cancelled. This lets your team rename those statuses and pick a color for each, the way you'd rename workflow states in Linear. Call "Idea" "Demo" if that's how you think about it; the new name and color then show everywhere a status appears. The board, filters, the sidebar, track and album pages.
You're only renaming and recoloring the existing statuses. You can't add or remove statuses, and the change is per team: everyone on the team sees the same names and colors.
Using it
- Open your team's Settings → Statuses.
- For any status, type a new name in its field (leave it blank to keep the default) and/or click its color swatch to pick a color.
- Click Save. The change applies across the whole app immediately.
- Use a status's Reset to clear just that one, or Reset all to defaults to restore every status at once.
