Track email matching
Scan a connected Gmail inbox for threads that mention your track titles and link submissions, label replies and feedback to the track.
What it is
The conversations around a song, demo submissions, label replies, premiere threads, live in your inbox. Track email matching searches a Gmail inbox you connected for threads that mention a track's title and lets you link each one to the track, so you can always find where you submitted a song and what came back.
Aden only reads the inbox you explicitly connected, and only stores a reference to a thread once you link it. Message bodies stay in Gmail.
Using it
Go to Import, open the "Email" tab and connect Gmail if you haven't. Under "Find emails about your tracks", hit Scan: Aden searches the inbox for each track title and lists the threads it finds, marking whether the title is the subject or just mentioned in the text. "Link to track" attaches a thread; "Open in Gmail" jumps to the conversation.
Label submission follow-ups
A recurring nudge on a label pitch that has not been answered, with a previewable follow-up email you send yourself and a dashboard queue of everything still waiting.
