Creating from outside the app
You do not have to open Aden to start something. Anything that can open a link can open the create screen:
adenmobile://createopens the create menu.adenmobile://create?action=<action>skips the menu and opens that creator directly.
Valid actions: session, milestone, task, log-time, event, post,
tour, idea, track, record-mix, album. An unrecognised action opens the
menu instead.
Useful places to put one of these links:
- Shortcuts (iOS): a shortcut with an "Open URL" action, which you can then put on your home screen, in a widget, or trigger with Siri.
- Home screen: save the URL as a bookmark for a one-tap "record a mix" button.
- Automations: fire
adenmobile://create?action=log-timewhen you arrive at the studio, or?action=ideafrom an NFC tag on your desk.
If you are signed out, the link takes you to sign-in first.
Label pitch links
A share link an artist sends to a label carries `?as=label`, which offers the recipient a demo inbox of their own on the page where they are already listening to the track.
