# Set splits, roles and details
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/your-music/track-collaborators/splits-and-details

Give each collaborator their share, per revenue type if needed, plus IPI, PRO, access and private notes.
## Set a split [#set-a-split]

Each person's share sits at the end of their row as a plain number. By default one percentage applies to every revenue type.

To split differently per type:

1. Open the row's **…** menu and choose **Split by revenue type**.
2. Set a share for master, royalty, publishing, composition, mechanical and sync. "Apply to all" copies one value across.

The people icon in the toolbar (**Split evenly**) shares equally between everyone. Splits are optional: the warning that they don't add up to 100% only shows once someone has entered one.

## Add details [#add-details]

The row's **…** menu, or clicking the row, opens **Details**:

* **Roles**: pick suggestions or type your own.
* **IPI**: the person's royalty identifier.
* **PRO**: search about 50 collecting societies by name or country, or type your own.
* **Access**: Full by default, or Restricted to choose which areas of the track they see.
* Publisher and a linked contact.

## Keep notes on a writer [#keep-notes-on-a-writer]

The Details dialog has a **Notes** box for deal terms, session details or who to chase. It saves when you click away. Anyone who can edit the writer can edit the notes; everyone else with access reads them.

## Manage people [#manage-people]

From the row menu you can also message someone, move them to another team, resend or copy their invite, merge duplicates, or remove them. **Teams** in the toolbar opens the team side: links, credit settings, external teams and their claim links.
