# Import files from your computer
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/your-music/imports/import-from-your-computer

Turn a folder of audio into tracks and versions, and attach contracts and artwork to the right tracks.
## Import audio files [#import-audio-files]

1. Open your team's **Import** page and go to the **Files** tab.
2. Choose the local folder source, then drop audio files or pick a folder.
3. For each file, choose to create a new track, add a version to a track, replace a version's audio, or add another format to a version.
4. Review and import.

File names are read the same way as on the create form, so titles, artists and version tags come out clean. Aden only sees the folder you pick.

## Right after you create a team [#right-after-you-create-a-team]

The first time you open Import, it asks whether to bring in your released catalogue or your unreleased tracks. For unreleased, pick a folder: each audio file becomes a private track named after its file. **Continue to workspace** takes you to your team.

## One track's file [#one-tracks-file]

On a track, **Find on my computer** ranks a folder's files against that one title. See [Add a version](/docs/help/your-music/versions/add-a-version).

## Attach paperwork to many tracks [#attach-paperwork-to-many-tracks]

Contracts, cover art, royalty statements and project files are usually scattered on your computer. Aden can match them to tracks by file name.

1. On the **Import** page, open the documents source and choose a folder.
2. Files whose names clearly match a track come ticked. Near matches are listed for you to check. Change any file's track with the picker.
3. Click **Attach**.

Matched files land on each track's **Files** page, sorted into Contracts, Artwork, Royalties and Project files.

For one track, open its **Files** page, open the **Upload** chevron and choose **Find files on my computer**.
