# Import from a spreadsheet
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/your-music/imports/import-from-a-spreadsheet

Bring tracks in from Excel or CSV, and export any list to move it between teams.
## Import tracks [#import-tracks]

1. On your team's **Import** page, open the **+** menu and choose the spreadsheet importer.
2. Download the template, or use any Excel or CSV file with one row per track.
3. Check the column matches. Aden guesses each from its header; change any of them.
4. Every row is compared with what you already have, by ISRC and then by title. A confident match is marked **In Aden** and left out. A near miss shows **Looks like …** and still imports.
5. Add collaborators to every row in one step if you want.
6. Click **Import tracks**. The result lists what worked and any rows that failed, with the reason.

## Export a list [#export-a-list]

Every list you can import, you can export as CSV or Excel. Use **Export** on the list's toolbar, or type it in ⌘K, like "Export albums as Excel". The export follows your filters and search.

* **Tracks**: PDF, CSV or Excel, from the **Display** popover.
* **Albums**: from the team's or organisation's albums.
* **Demos and submissions**: export and import in the same layout, so a sheet moves between teams or organisations without remapping.

## Import demos or submissions [#import-demos-or-submissions]

1. Drop the file.
2. Confirm the column matches.
3. Review the rows and import.

A demo row needs a title, a link or an artist. A submission row is matched to a track on the roster; rows that match nothing stay in the review with the reason. Rows already there are skipped, so importing a corrected sheet again is safe.
