# Free up storage
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/your-music/files/free-up-storage

Clear out drafts nobody touched in six months, and back big videos up to your own drive before deleting them.
Open your team's **Plan**, then **Usage**, to see what fills your storage.

## Review old drafts [#review-old-drafts]

**Not changed in 6 months** lists unreleased tracks nobody touched in six months, heaviest first.

* **Keep** (the pin) marks a track you want. It stays, and you won't be reminded about it again.
* **Delete** (the trash) removes the track and every file on it. You have a few seconds to press Undo.

Released tracks never show here. On the 1st of each month, teams with 500 MB or more to review get a reminder.

<Callout>
 Deleted tracks and their files are gone for good once the Undo window closes.
</Callout>

## Back up big videos first [#back-up-big-videos-first]

Large videos usually fill storage the fastest. You don't have to choose between paying for space and losing them.

1. Select video files over 100 MB and click **Back up…**.
2. Name the drive you'll keep them on, like "LaCie 2TB", and a folder if you like.
3. Aden downloads everything as one zip with a list of the files, and deletes them from storage if you leave the box ticked.

Every backup is listed under **Local backups** on the same page. Search by file or drive to find where a file lives, years later. Removing an entry only deletes the note, never your files.

## For organisations [#for-organisations]

Under **Settings**, then **Storage**, an organisation sees what each team stores and could free, and can **Nudge** a team to review now.
