# Manage download gates for an organisation

See and edit every gate across your organisation and its teams, and create gates for your organisation's page.
An organisation manages its own gates, each team's gates and the gates on their tracks from **Downloads** in its workspace. Only teams that share downloads with the organisation are listed.

## Manage gates [#manage-gates]

1. In your organisation, open **Downloads**, or type "downloads" in ⌘K.
2. Filter by owner, status or type, or search by title, track or team.
3. Open a gate to edit it. You stay in the organisation workspace.
4. Tick several gates to change their requirements at once, across owners.

## Create a gate for the organisation [#create-a-gate-for-the-organisation]

Owners and admins only.

1. Open **Downloads** and click **New**, then pick your organisation. Or type "new download gate" in ⌘K.
2. Hand out a link, or a track or album from a team that shares downloads with the organisation.
3. Save.

The gate lives on your organisation's public page, and signups land in the organisation's contacts.
