Log time worked against a track, a specific version, a milestone, or a task, per person, and see it rolled up.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

Time tracking lets you record how long you (or a collaborator) spent working on
a track. Every entry is attached to something concrete. The whole track, a
specific version, a milestone, or a task, so the total you see is broken down
by exactly what the time went into.

## Using it [#using-it]

* **Log time from the track sidebar.** Open a track and use the "Time tracked"
section in the right sidebar. Type a duration (`2h 30m`, `1.5h`, or `45m`),
optionally add a note and choose who the time is for, then pick where it
applies from the "Where?" picker. The track itself, any of its versions, a
milestone, or a task. Press Enter to save.
* **Log time on a specific version.** On a version card, click the clock beside
the description (it shows the total logged so far), or open the version
actions and choose **Log time**. Both open the same dialog, and the entry is
  filed against that version automatically.
* **Log for someone else.** In either place you can pick a different person, or
choose "Custom…" to attribute time to someone who isn't on the platform (by
  name and email).
* **Edit or delete.** Hover any logged entry and use its menu to edit the
duration, note, or person, or to delete it.
* **Log from the desktop app.** While you work in FL Studio, Ableton or
another DAW, Aden counts the time the DAW is in front and you are at the
computer. A card in Home's Suggested row offers it: the track (picked for
you when the project's folder is linked), an optional version, and the
live session it happened in. Edit the duration, then Log.
