# Create a team and switch between teams

Start a new workspace for a band, a duo or an artist, and move between the teams you belong to.
Each team keeps its own music, people and settings. Create one for every project you run.

## Create a team [#create-a-team]

1. Open the team switcher in the top left and choose **New team**.
2. Give the team a name and a short address name (it appears in your team's links). Add a timezone if you like.
3. Save. You are the team's admin straight away.

## Switch teams [#switch-teams]

Use the team switcher in the top left. The sidebar and everything you open follow the team you picked. If you delete the team you are in, Aden takes you back to your personal workspace.
