## What it is [#what-it-is]

During the beta, teams created through an organisation run on **beta usage
limits** to keep costs and stability under control: a capped amount of storage
and a daily ceiling on marketing emails and SMS. Your team's effective limits
are always shown on your usage page.

## Using it [#using-it]

* **See your limits.** Open your team's **Plan → Usage** page. The storage gauge
  and "Plan limits" reflect your real cap, and a banner spells out your storage,
  emails-per-day, and SMS-per-day allowance plus how much you've used.
* **Need more?** When you're near or over a cap, use the **Need more?** button on
  that banner. It opens a short dialog with our contact email
  ([support@aden.space](mailto:support@aden.space)) and a prefilled message so we can raise your limits.
* **On a regular plan?** Teams running on their plan's own limits get a heads-up
  too: when you cross 90% of your storage (and again at 100%), every member
  receives a notification suggesting a plan upgrade, and the usage page shows an
  **Upgrade plan** banner. The same applies when you approach your monthly track
  limit.
* **Managed by an organisation?** Owners and admins of the organisation also get
  the heads-up for each team they manage, including an email, so they can
  upgrade the team's plan or request more headroom before work is blocked.
* **Over your limit after a downgrade or cancellation?** Your files stay safe,
  but new uploads are blocked until you're back under your current plan's cap.
  A daily check tells you when this happens, and the **Plan → Usage** page
  switches into a **choose what to keep** mode: it shows exactly how much you
  need to free, lets you select files (largest first) with checkboxes, and
  deletes the selection in one confirmed step, or you can upgrade your plan to
  keep everything.
