# Run your studios

List your rooms with rates, gear and opening hours, see today's bookings at a glance, and book sessions from the schedule.
If you run a studio, list your rooms in Aden so artists know what to expect and you can book sessions into them.

## Add a studio [#add-a-studio]

1. Open **Studios** in your team or organisation and choose **New studio**.
2. Add the room's name, category, address, rates and contact details.
3. Add the gear: type a name like "U87" and press Enter. Aden picks the category.
4. Set the opening hours per day. Copy one day's hours to the rest of the week in a click.
5. Make it public to list it for artists.

Group rooms under a building with **New building**. Open a studio's menu and choose **Edit** to change anything later, including custom prices per session, per week or a flat fee.

## See your day [#see-your-day]

**Studios** lists each building with how many rooms are free now, and each room with its rate and today's bookings on a strip from 9:00 to 23:00. Click a booking to open the session, or a room to see its bookings, rates, hours, gear and contact details.

**Display** switches to a week **Schedule**, or hides columns.

## Book from the schedule [#book-from-the-schedule]

1. In the week **Schedule**, hover a day of a studio and press **+**.
2. Name the session, set the start and end, and add people by email.
3. **Create and invite** books the room and sends the invites. **More options** opens the full session form.

In an organisation, switch the form to a camp to start a writers camp across several rooms.
