# Take studio quote requests

Let anyone ask for a quote on studio time from your business page, and answer requests from one inbox.
A business with a public studio gets a **Get a quote** button on its page. Visitors pick their dates, how many people are coming, the rooms and any services, then leave their name and email. Nobody needs an account.

## Set it up [#set-it-up]

1. In your business, open **Studios** and add a room. Make it public.
2. Once it's approved, your page shows **Get a quote**.
3. Optionally, list services like an engineer, mixing or catering on your page. Visitors can pick them in the quote form.

## Answer requests [#answer-requests]

Requests land in **Quote and session requests**, with the dates, people, rooms and services. Book one onto your calendar, or decline it.

AI assistants in a visitor's browser can fill in the form too. The visitor confirms it on the page first.
