# Sessions and studios

Plan studio days and online sessions, invite people, record ideas, and keep everything from the day in one place.
A session is a block of time when people come together to work on music, in a studio, online or both. Set a date, invite people, add the tracks you'll work on, and everything that happens stays with the session: notes, lyrics, recordings, files and the call. Studios are the rooms sessions happen in.

Find your sessions on your team's or organisation's Sessions page, in the sidebar's Sessions tab, and in the Music tab of the Aden phone app.
