# Find a time that suits everyone
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/work-together/sessions/find-a-time

See whose day a session time doesn't suit, and turn a time dial across everyone's time zones to find a better one.
When you set a session's time, Aden checks it against everyone you've invited.

## Check the time [#check-the-time]

Under the time, the form names who it doesn't suit: someone for whom it lands before 9 AM or after 9 PM on their own clock ("Lena at 6 AM"), or someone who is busy then. A chip offers the next start that suits everyone over the coming week ("6 PM suits everyone"). Click it to move the session there.

Busy means a busy or travel day, an event in a calendar they share, or a session or meeting they already accepted. Your own calendar always counts.

## Use the time dial [#use-the-time-dial]

1. Press the globe beside the time, or search **Find a time** in ⌘K.
2. The dial is a 24 hour clock in your time. Each person's zone rides its own ring, the green band is everyone's day, and red marks busy times.
3. Drag the dial, or use the arrow keys, and every ring turns with it. Step a day at a time with the arrows.
4. **Find a time** jumps to the next start that suits everyone. **Use** puts it in the form.

## On an existing session [#on-an-existing-session]

Click the session's time. With people in other zones, it shows the dial beside a row per zone, or a world map. Turn the dial or press **Find a time**, then **Save**.
