# Send studio audio and set your own mix
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/work-together/session-calls/studio-audio

Play your music into a call at full quality, choose how loud everyone is for you, and record each person's audio cleanly.
Studio audio sends your music to the call untouched, next to your voice.

## Send studio audio [#send-studio-audio]

1. Open **Devices**.
2. Under **Studio audio**, pick an input of your audio interface (a loopback channel works well) or everything your computer plays.
3. Choose 256 or 510 kbps. If it breaks up on the way, the call tells you and suggests 256.

## Set your own mix [#set-your-own-mix]

Open **Mix** to set how loud each person's voice and studio audio play for you, mute either, or solo one person. It only changes what you hear.

**Send to** plays a person on another output. Send them to a virtual audio device and pick it as an input in your DAW to record them straight in.

## Record someone on their own computer [#record-someone-on-their-own-computer]

In **Mix**, press the circle beside a person. Aden records their studio audio, or their voice, on their computer as a 24 bit WAV. They're told, and the file lands in the session's files when you stop, ready for your DAW.

While a call records, everyone sending studio audio also keeps a lossless WAV of it, which lands in the session's files when the recording stops.
