# Plan the day, setlist and crew
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/work-together/events/plan-the-show

Lay out the run of show, build your setlist, and assign your crew for each event.
Each event holds its own schedule for the day, its setlist and its crew.

## Set the day's timing [#set-the-days-timing]

1. Open the event and edit its details.
2. In **Day-of timing**, set load in, soundcheck, doors, your set with its length, and the end.

The event's **Details** show the day as a schedule, so everyone sees the plan.

## Build the setlist [#build-the-setlist]

1. Open the event's **Setlist**.
2. Choose **New setlist** and add the tracks. Paste a tracklist, drop your DJ app's history export, or link one of your playlists or mixes.

Once you've played the show, you can declare the setlist to your performing rights organisation.

## Assign your crew [#assign-your-crew]

Open the event's **People** and assign roles like sound engineer, lighting or tour manager to team members, or invite someone by email. Crew you assign on a tour is added to every show in it.

## Pick the show to post about [#pick-the-show-to-post-about]

The camera button on the events and tours toolbars asks Aden which coming show is most worth making content for, with its reasons. Go with it to add the prep to that show's tasks.
