# Events and tours

Plan shows you play or host, group them into tours, run guest lists and the door, and take bookings.
An event is one show, gig or performance, with its date, venue, set times and tickets. A tour groups a run of shows. Teams plan the shows they play, and teams and organisations can host their own, with a guest list and a door scanner. Your confirmed shows appear on your public profile.
