# Import shows from a booking tool or Bandsintown

Bring the dates from your agency's booking tool or Bandsintown into your events, and choose what goes public.
## Link a booking tool's calendar [#link-a-booking-tools-calendar]

Agency tools like Muzeek, Gigwell or Prism publish your shows as a private calendar link.

1. Open your team's events, choose the add menu, then **Booking calendars**.
2. Paste the calendar link, name it and link it. The shows come in straight away.
3. Press **Read now** whenever you want to pick up new dates and changes.

For each linked calendar, choose:

* Whether shows appear on your profile: never, once confirmed, or always. Only the name, date and place go public.
* A tour every imported show joins.
* Whether to bring in fees and notes. Off by default.
* Whether to create events, or only show the calendar alongside yours.

Holds come in as pending, other dates as confirmed. Travel, hotels and days off are skipped.

Imported shows carry an imported label. The booking tool owns their name, date, venue and times; everything you add (artwork, setlist, tasks, contracts) stays yours. A show removed from the tool is marked cancelled, never deleted.
