# Host an event on an Aden call

Run a live session on an Aden call. People sign up on your business page, join from their ticket and can book a call with you.
For businesses. Your event happens on an Aden call instead of at a venue: everyone who signs up gets a ticket that opens the call.

## Put your event on a call [#put-your-event-on-a-call]

1. In your business, open **Events**, then **Hosted by us**, and create the event or open one.
2. Next to **Aden call**, choose **Host on an Aden call**.
3. Reservations switch on by themselves, so people can sign up.
4. Choose the link button to copy your sign-up link, and share it in your ads, posts and emails.

When it is time, choose **Open call** to start it. You run the call: share your screen, let people speak, and turn on **Followers can watch** for a big audience.

## What people see [#what-people-see]

1. On your sign-up page they choose **Reserve a spot** and enter their name and email.
2. Their ticket arrives by email.
3. At the time of the event, **Join call** on the ticket drops them straight into the call, without an account.

## See who signed up and who came [#see-who-signed-up-and-who-came]

Everyone who signs up is in your contacts and on the event's guest list. Joining the call checks them in, so the guest list shows who came.

## Let Aden follow up for you [#let-aden-follow-up-for-you]

1. Under **Aden call**, switch on **Follow up for me**.
2. The morning after the call, everyone who signed up lands in your **Leads**. People who came start as **Interested**.
3. Each of them gets one email: a thank you if they came, a short note if they missed it, both with **Book a call**.

Can't wait for the morning? Once the call has ended, choose **Send now**.

## Bring them onto Aden [#bring-them-onto-aden]

1. Open someone in **Leads**.
2. Next to their name, choose the invite button.
3. Pick what they share with you and send the invite.

They join as a team that works with your business. When they accept, the lead turns **Won** and their team shows in your roster.

## Let people book a call with your team [#let-people-book-a-call-with-your-team]

When someone in your business takes calls, your sign-up page and every ticket show **Book a call**. After the event, the ticket says the call has ended and offers it again. Set who takes calls under **Account**, **Availability**.
