# Run a guest list and reservations

Add guests and send their tickets, let fans reserve a free spot, and run a waiting list.
For shows you host. Everything lives under the event's **People**.

## Add guests [#add-guests]

1. Choose **Add guests**.
2. Pick people with **Add from your contacts**, or type one person per line, like "Jo Smith +1" or an email address.
3. Tag them (VIP, Press, Crew or your own).
4. Leave **Email their tickets** on to send each guest a QR ticket.

Guests without an email are checked in by name, or get a ticket from **Copy ticket link**.

Search and filter the list, change someone's plus ones and tags, resend a ticket, or remove them with Undo. The menu sends every unsent ticket at once, and **Email everyone** opens a campaign to the whole list.

## Take reservations [#take-reservations]

1. Open the event's **Tickets & extras** and switch on **Reservations**.
2. Add a spot limit for a small room, or leave it empty.
3. Your event page shows **Reserve a spot**, with spots left. Once full, it offers the waiting list.

People who reserve land under **Reservations** and in your contacts.

## For fans [#for-fans]

Press **Reserve a spot** and enter your name and email. No account needed. **Show ticket** opens your ticket, and an email follows. Add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or press **Cancel reservation** to free your spot.

## Run a waiting list [#run-a-waiting-list]

A sold out or full show shows a waiting list form. Under **People**, **Email everyone** writes to the people waiting, and **Give spot** moves someone onto the guest list and sends their ticket.
